No Bull Health and Fitness also believe that there are various components to being healthy. They are physical (flexibility, strength, endurance, body composition, muscular endurance), nutritional (balance of protein, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins), social (on and offline friendships, family), emotional (happiness, outlook on life, positivity), intellectual/mental (learning something new daily, being open to different ideas), fun (entertainment, games, hanging out/chilling with friends/family), and sexual (relationship, spouse, FWB).
While you're embarking on a brand new exercise regime or just want to switch up your current habits, we are here to help. No Bull Health and Fitness are experts in helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals, and can design an exercise and/or nutrition plan to ensure that you get the body that you’ve always wanted.

Grab Life By the Horns!

No Bull Health and Fitness was created by Marty Snodgrass who believes that being healthy is crucial to living a fantastic life!

Snodgrass holds an Exercise Science degree and various certifications.

During the last twenty plus years, Snodgrass has trained children to elderly, law enforcement to military, stay-at-home parents to athletes, bodybuilders to models, disabled individuals and the list goes on.

Being a kid's fitness instructor took him to Tulsa Oklahoma where he worked for a program mentoring children that had seen someone in their family killed (with a group called Body Fulfilment). He was program developer and public speaker while he was with Body Fulfilment as well. While working with this group he also became a Lacrosse coach and was asked to start personal training at a studio.

He did 1-on-1 private personal training through a nation wide fitness studio chain (Fitness Together) for three years.

Shortly thereafter, Snodgrass started doing fitness consultations for large corporations through a nation wide organization. He was voted best health advisor through the organization.

As a young child Snodgrass was in an accident that put him in a wheelchair and hospital for four and a half years. He went through two years worth of rehabilitation and various surgeries that he can't count on both hands and feet. He didn't let that hinder him though and kept being himself, living life and following his goals/dreams. Spending so much time around Doctor's and nurses gave him the knowledge he needed to work with the human body.

He was very active growing up with racing, obstacle races, and soccer. Marty has a unique way of thinking about fitness and health because of his experiences.
